# Nik Voice Cloud Terms of Service **Effective Date:** October 2026 **Provider:** Nik Neural AI Inc., British Columbia, Canada ### 1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account, generating an API key, or connecting the Nik VoiceDesk WordPress plugin to Nik Voice Cloud ('voice.nikneural.ca'), you agree to these Terms of Service. ### 2. Service Description & API Availability Nik Voice Cloud provides high-throughput speech recognition gateway services connecting client applications to optimized Groq Whisper inference. We strive for a 99.9% uptime SLA for Pro and Agency subscribers. ### 3. Domain Binding & Security Rules - Each API key issued via 1-Click Connect or the User Dashboard is cryptographically bound to the authorized domain name. - You must not share, resell, or distribute your API secret keys. - You agree to provide valid HMAC-SHA256 signatures and synchronize your server clock to prevent timestamp drift exceeding 300 seconds. ### 4. Billing, Quotas & Stripe Processing - Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically via Stripe. - Quotas reset on each billing cycle renewal. - Upgrades and cancellations can be managed anytime via the self-service Stripe Customer Portal in your Dashboard. - When quota is exhausted, further transcription requests return HTTP 429 until the cycle renews or your plan is upgraded. ### 5. Prohibited Use You may not use Nik Voice Cloud to transmit malicious code, attempt denial-of-service attacks, or bypass domain-binding security mechanisms. ### 6. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
